This ocean front house has approximately 5400 SF (300 sq. meters) and is located at the northernmost point on the island of Andoya in the village of Andenes, Norway. It has 3 stories plus a basement. The main house has about 12 rooms and 2 baths. The addition (toward left of photo) has 2 rooms and 1 bath and is currently leased to the Red Cross.

This lighthouse is a few feet away from the property.

The house was at one time the community hospital. It requires renovating but would make an ideal resort, hotel, as well as a large private home.

The lot is approximately 1300 sq. meters. Norway plans to drill oil off the coast of Andoya in the near future which will most certainly impact the infrastructure of Andenes in a positive way.
